By using a special coating of the entire fabric a permanently stain-resistant effect is attained (similar to the lotus effect).

Liquids are adsorbed and can be dabbed by paper towels or the like. However, if stains (sauce, ketchup) get to the cloth at one point of time, they can be treated with ordinary stain removers and washed in the washing machine at a maximum of 60°C (no chlorine, no fabric softener) and dried and ironed in a thermally reduced way.
